French Country Cooking by Elizabeth David


This is the book that  the founder of the legendary Chez Panisse cooked from recipe to recipe before she started her restaurant in the San Francisco Bay in the early 70s.  Such and inspiration cookbook is  of course high on my wish list of collection, even though I had vowed to cut down my acquisitions or more cookbooks.  I'm particularly interested in the edition that was published in 1951.  If you have one to sell to me, please feel free to contact me with a quote.
